Nutrevit C99 XF is an ascorbic acid preparation.


It has a 99% selected mesh size (100mesh or 99% <180ยต). It can be used as a dough ripening agent for bakery for the following purposes:

  1. to standardise flour quality
  2. to improve dough tolerance
  3. to improve elasticity
  4. to increase bread volume
