Nutratab
Nutratab is an enzyme-based bromate replacer that has been conditioned into easy-to-use tablets.
Nutratab tablet decomposition starts almost immediately, so the product can easily be added in the water or in the dough as such.
Nutratab can be used as an all-in product for bakery for the following purposes:
- to maximise flour quality
- to optimise dough handling
- to improve water absorption and yield
- to improve bread quality through volume, softness, shelf-life, …
- to improve crumb structure
Nutrase BR5
Nutrase BR5 is a concentrated bakery improver formulated to act as a worthy bromate replacer, based only on enzymes.
Nutrase BR5 can be used as an all-in product for bakery for the following purposes:

- to improve water absorption and yield
- to improve bread quality through volume, softness, shelf-life, …
